Join Our Team!

Upcoming Openings

Our educators and interns play a vital role in our bilingual early childhood recreation programs. They engage with children ages 6 months to 4 years, and help foster a love for diversity and inclusion in our community.

We are always on the lookout for passionate educators and interns to join our team. In the coming months especially as our enrollment increases, we will be looking to add on qualified and enthusiastic staff. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for cultural education and inclusive learning. Experience working with young children is preferred.

Casita Monte is looking for early child educators interested in coordinating transformative learning experiences to infants and toddlers. We are currently accepting applications of part-time positions as well as internships. Start dates will depend on your existing qualifications, certifications, immunizations, and our enrollment at the time your application is submitted.

We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

(see below for details)

  • Volunteer
  • Internship
  • Part-Time Early Education Coordinator (10-25 hours per week)

Paid Employment Perks

As a small and new organization, we have limited resources and nontraditional perks extended to paid employees.

Paid time off

Working in a setting with young children may expose staff to more contagions than other work environments. We remain flexible as employers to ensure that your contract hours are met and you receive consistent paychecks each month! Paid staff may complete administrative tasks remotely or offer to substitute on a different day during the pay period so that they can recover from sickness.

Child care

The children of Casita Monte staff are eligible to receive child care free of charge (space permitting). If no space is open by their start date, they will receive priority admission whenever new student enrollment is available.

Flexible hours

We design our schedules with staff interests and existing commitments in mind. Each staff will be assigned specific dates and times each week, usually consisting of one weekly in person meeting and 2-5 shifts (4-6 hours) on Monday-Friday.
